In order to improve site safety, the applicant seeks to dedicate the vehicular entrances to different client groups, potentially affecting circulation of HGV’s within the site.

Engaging the planning authority through the pre-application process established that the application would be supported subject to a transport statement and we then initiated involvement of a transport consultant.
